The Tree

The Aristoteles Farms Tree is a living hymn to nature, time and the eternal cycle of life. Its trunk, which is also the clay of a hand, is deeply rooted in the earth, where its veins become roots and its fingers transform into branches, embodying the harmonious union of man and tree. On the left, the gymnasium branches let out the silence of slumber; in the centre, blossoms and leaves whisper of spring; and on the right, the ripe fruits of full growth fall, continuing the cycle. The vein-roots and finger-branches, like messengers of time, bring life to the earth and return to it. The man near the fruits recognizes his own participation in this cycle, a cycle of toil, art and creation. The tree tells the truth of nature, existence and art, holding within itself the luxury of time and life.
